The Specialist Mortgage Help network was created by Mark, a CII-qualified mortgage specialist with over 25 years active in the UK mortgage market and a founder member of VA Mortgages (est. 2000).
Every piece of guidance published across the network is written and reviewed by Mark to ensure it reflects current lender criteria and FCA-aligned best practice.
The network operates as a mortgage introducer only. We do not provide mortgage advice and are not FCA-regulated. All brokers we introduce borrowers to are fee-free, whole-of-market, and FCA-regulated.
